· Tomaa provides automated content repurposing—summarization, video and image generation, optimized titles/descriptions, and multi-platform distribution.

· Tomaa uses AI plus a human-in-the-loop workflow: all content generated must be reviewed and approved by the user before it is distributed or published.

3. User Accounts

· You must provide accurate information to register.

· Keep credentials and account secure.

· We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for violations or suspected fraud.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

· Your Content: You retain rights to any content uploaded (blogs, videos, images) and grant Tomaa a license to use it as needed for service operation.

· Generated Content: You own Tomaa-generated content upon your approval, except where restricted by third-party platform terms.

· Tomaa IP: All underlying technology and workflows remain the exclusive property of Tomaa.

5. Content Review & Approval

· User Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content (summaries, graphics, captions, images, titles, videos) prior to its public sharing.

· Liability: Tomaa is not liable for any content published or distributed after your approval, including but not limited to illegal, offensive, misleading, or harmful materials.

6. Prohibited Content and Use

· You must not use Tomaa to generate, share, or distribute content that is illegal, obscene, pornographic, harmful to minors, promotes self-harm or suicide, glorifies violence or hate, advocates unlawful activities (including anti-government material if prohibited), or infringes third-party rights.

· Tomaa reserves the right to remove content or restrict service for violations.

7. Payment, Billing, and Refunds

· Paid features require subscription; payment details are provided at checkout.

· Charges are recurring unless cancelled; see our cancellation and refund policy.

8. Data Privacy & Security

· Your data is handled according to Tomaa’s Privacy Policy (see below).

· We use industry-standard security, but cannot guarantee absolute data protection.

9. Third-Party Integrations

· Tomaa integrates with external platforms (e.g., social networks); you assume responsibility for compliance with third-party terms.

· Tomaa is not responsible for outages, changes, bans, or issues stemming from third-party services.

10. Indemnification

· You agree to indemnify and hold Tomaa harmless against claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, use of our Service, or breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

· Tomaa provides the Service “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties, express or implied.

· Tomaa’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months. No consequential, indirect, punitive, or incidental damages.
